These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Yoli Living GbR (“we” or “us”) by consumers as defined in § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Any terms and conditions of the customer deviating from these will not be recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

The product presentation in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order.
By clicking the “Buy” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart. The contract is concluded when you receive an order or shipping confirmation from us via Shopify.
The entire ordering process is handled via the Shopify checkout.
All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include the applicable VAT. Any additional shipping costs are displayed separately during the ordering process.
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer. Estimated delivery times are shown on the respective product page.
If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments made.
Payment is made using the methods offered in the Shopify checkout (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Shopify Payments, or Klarna).
Payment processing is handled directly through Shopify or the respective payment provider. Their terms and privacy policies apply.
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with § 355 BGB. You can find detailed information and a withdrawal form on our Withdrawal Policy.
The statutory warranty rights apply. If delivered goods show obvious defects, you must report them within 14 days after receipt.
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Should any provision of these T&C be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
